ONE Phone — Privacy Policy
Effective March 1, 2026
Overview
ONE Phone is a minimalist phone companion app built by Paul Yerrick. Your privacy is simple: your data stays on your device.
Data We Collect
None. ONE Phone does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. There is no account creation, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.
Data Stored on Your Device
ONE Phone stores your preferences locally on your iPhone using AsyncStorage and App Groups (shared between the app and its widgets). This includes your selected apps, chosen theme, daily goal, and related settings. This data never leaves your device.
Screen Time Data
The current version of ONE Phone does not access Apple's Screen Time API. Time reclaimed figures are based on estimates, not actual usage data. If a future version integrates Screen Time data, it will be processed entirely on-device and never transmitted externally.
Third-Party Services
ONE Phone uses the Apple iTunes Search API solely to help you find apps during setup. No personal information is sent — only app name search queries.
Children's Privacy
ONE Phone does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
